STEP 1. Place a small amount of Cleansing foam on the hands and apply to damp skin, gently massaging into the face and neck. Rinse thoroughly.
STEP 2. Using a cotton wool pad, apply the Toning Lotion to a clean and dry face and neck. No need to rinse.
STEP 3. Apply the 30+ day time face cream every morning to a thoroughly cleansed face and neck: from bottom to top and from the inside outwards on the face and from top to bottom on the neck.
STEP 4. Apply the 30+ night time face cream every evening to a thoroughly cleansed face and neck: from bottom to top and from the inside outwards on the face and from top to bottom on the neck.
